What Is Cage-Free Dog Boarding?
Cage-free boarding means your dog is never left in a kennel run. Days are spent in supervised group play across 10,000+ sq ft of indoor and outdoor space, and nights are spent in open communal areas or private rooms with trained staff on-site 24/7. Every stay includes complimentary meals and medication administration, and group play guests first pass a temperament evaluation.
Cage-free boarding is available at all four of our Southern California resorts, including dog boarding in Agoura Hills and dog boarding in Oxnard, plus Santa Barbara and Goleta. Boarding guests can also book spa and grooming before pickup or add extra daycare play time.

Where does my dog sleep at night?
It depends on the suite you choose. Signature Social Suite guests sleep in cozy communal areas with compatible dogs, Private Luxury Suite guests have their own spacious room, and Private Den guests rest in a quiet den after a full day of group play.
What are the requirements to board at Dioji?
Dogs must be current on rabies, DHPP, and bordetella vaccinations, flea-free, and in good health. Group play suites require a passed temperament evaluation, and dogs over 7 months must be spayed or neutered for group play.
